St. Michael Institute of Sacred Art

The mission of The Saint Michael Institute of Sacred Art is to preserve and promote the highest standards of excellence in the sacred arts in service to Jesus Christ and His Church. The St. Michael Institute is a ministry of St. Edmund’s Retreat. A Search for ExcellenceOur programs combine hands-on instruction with the sacramental and prayer life of the Church. Because we limit enrollments and only select instructors with significant experience, we are able to accommodate participation at all levels of proficiency, from beginners to experts. Studio time typically reaches to 40 hours for a week-long program and workshops are paced so that participants leave with a finished work of art.
